Instead of a solid door that blocks natural light, we use a panel door with glass to brighten the space and create a more welcoming atmosphere. It’s a simple feature that makes a big difference in how your home feels from the moment you step inside.
Heating and Cooling
Every Summit Home comes with a Mitsubishi heat pump. Over the years, we’ve found Mitsubishi to be one of the most reliable and efficient brands.
Flooring
Quality flooring adds warmth and comfort underfoot. We use a thicker 17mm carpet that’s soft, durable, and available in four standard colours. For hard floors we install SPC (stone plastic composite) flooring. It’s 7mm thick with a 1.5mm soft rubber layer underneath, which allows the floors to float giving a cushioned, floating feel that’s lovely to walk on.
The Kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of every home, and at Summit, we make sure it’s both beautiful and practical. Every kitchen comes with stone benchtops for a clean, durable finish. You can choose between a scullery or a pantry depending on your layout and lifestyle. All our kitchens are fitted with Bosch appliances, known for their reliability and backed by strong warranties.
You also have options for your splashback. Choose from a tile or glass splashback either the width of your hob or full-length that runs across the wall.
Bathrooms
Bathrooms in a Summit Home are built with care and attention to detail. Our vanities feature soft-close drawers, wood grain finishes in two colours, and 6mm porcelain tops imported from Europe. You can select from a round or rectangular vessel basins, with taps and mixers neatly mounted on the wall for a clean, modern look.
Each home includes a freestanding bath in a range of colours, adding a touch of luxury to your bathroom. For showers, we use 10mm thick safety glass instead of aluminium frames. The result is a solid, elegant shower that’s fully tiled and fitted with matching rain heads, mixers, and accessories. Every detail works together to create a bathroom that feels stylish, practical, and easy to maintain.
Storage
Smart storage makes daily life easier. All Summit Homes include full-height wardrobes systems with sturdy aluminium-framed doors, wood grain cabinetry inside, and thoughtful layout options. Each wardrobe reaches up to 1.8 metres high, with a top section for extra items like blankets or toys. Our walk-in wardrobes feature quality finishes that look great and last.
We also include an attic ladder in every home, giving you easy access to roof space with a light and plywood flooring installed. It’s a handy spot to store suitcases or seasonal items, keeping your living areas clutter-free.
