Auckland’s Future

The fact is, lower house prices are not on the forecast anytime soon. And with Auckland population still continuing to outpace housing supply, home buyers may be forced to migrate to the city’s outskirts - or out of Auckland completely. However, there are plenty of housing opportunities in fringe suburbs that provide Aucklander’s with their dream home, without forgoing their city lives.
